After changing the web browser settings, click the OK button, and your web browser should now accept Cookies. (Remember to reset your security to High, if that is what you want the setting to remain on.)

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, see below).

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any product missing the serial number or shipping code.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

Any product that has obvious signs of use.
Any product that has been opened (taken out of its outer packaging)
